Dr. Yolanda Crouch

Dr. Yolanda Crouch is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Therapist, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), educator, researcher, and clinical supervisor with extensive experience in mental health counseling, counselor education, clinical supervision, and social services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Concordia University, a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Counselor Education and Supervision from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

With more than two decades of professional experience, Dr. Crouch has dedicated her career to improving the mental health and psychosocial wellbeing of children, adolescents, families, and adults across diverse populations. She has provided clinical leadership in behavioral health, rehabilitation counseling, and community-based mental health services, utilizing evidence-based interventions tailored to individual and family needs.

Her clinical expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based approaches. She is particularly passionate about supporting vulnerable populations and promoting resilience through compassionate, client-centered care.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Crouch has made significant contributions to mentoring teen mothers, supporting homeless youth and young adults, and advancing programs that foster empowerment, stability, and long-term wellbeing. Her academic experience includes counselor education, curriculum development, research, programme evaluation, clinical supervision, student mentorship, and online instruction, equipping future professionals with the knowledge and ethical foundations required for effective practice.
